London & Essex Skip Hire
At Combat, we have a friendly, experienced team always ready to talk rubbish! If you’re unsure about what you need, give us a call for helpful, friendly, and free advice.
If your skip is to be placed on the highway, a permit is required. These are a legal necessity, and prices and terms may vary by borough. At Combat, we strive to make your skip hire experience as hassle-free as possible. To save you time and stress, we can arrange these permits on your behalf. Once payment is received and the permit granted, we’ll deliver your skip without delay.
6 YARD SMALL BUILDERS SKIP
(50-60 bin bags)
£280
A 6 yarder is one of the most common skip sizes and is great for DIY or building projects such as removing a medium sized kitchen. It holds the equivalent of 50-60 bin bags.
8 YARD LARGE BUILDERS SKIP
(60-80 bags)
£310
The 8 yard skip is the most widely used skip size and is the biggest skip available for heavy waste such as concrete, soil and rubble. Common uses include residential refurbishment projects, shop refits and office clearances. It holds the equivalent of 60-80 bin bags.
10 YARD MAXI SKIP
(80-100 bin bags)
£350
Maxi skips are used for bulky refurbishment works or large house clearances. They hold the equivalent of 80-100 bin bags but cannot be used for heavy waste as the skip lorry would not be able to legally carry it. Because of the larger dimensions, some councils will not allow it to be put on the road, so you will need to make room for it in your garden or driveway.
12 YARD MAXI SKIP
(100-120 bin bags)
£390
Maxi skips are used for bulky refurbishment works or large house clearances. They hold the equivalent of 100-120 bin bags but cannot be used for heavy waste as the skip lorry would not be able to legally carry it. Because of the larger dimensions, some councils will not allow it to be put on the road, so you will need to make room for it in your garden or driveway.
